In order to be effective, you must first identify the core issues that are responsible for the problem. Once discovered, this information must be applied in order to create a plan and design that defines the roadmap to a solution.

Strong leadership enables us to work through the day-to-day challenges.
It takes a strong will and an absolute passion to successfully implement new applications for companies. Without demonstrating strong leadership it is difficult to resolve issues effectively, or help team members to see and believe in the project vision.
Vision
The vision must be clear and understandable by all involved.
Only by gaining an understanding of the business and identifying the current technology landscape, can we develop a strategic technology vision. This vision usually includes not only a change in the technology architecture, but also a modification to the business process. To be implemented successfully, the vision must be clear and understandable to both us and the client.
Collaboration
Only through multi-level collaboration can we fully comprehend the realities of the business.
In order to gain a true understanding of the client's business, it is vital to engage with employees across the hierarchy. From executive management to day-to-day developers and programmers, they each have a unique insight into the client's business to share. This environment of collaboration also allows everyone to feel involved in the process, thereby ensuring support for the final solution.
