Solution Overview: A system was designed and built that would automatically convert third party merchant transactions with First Data Resources (FDR) settlement processing systems via the TAPTRANS file. The system is responsible for processing Visa, MasterCard and Discover transactions on a daily basis to allow merchants to qualify for the best interchange rates.
Business Benefit: As a result of this implementation, the client is now qualifying for the best interchange rates thus providing significant savings in overall processing fees.
